The agenda for the meeting will be similar to past years and can be viewed by clicking here. During the meeting, you will be asked to vote on two resolutions:

1. We are proposing an amendment to the club bylaws to incorporate language that is required by the IRS in conjunction with our proposed application to become a 501(c)(3) corporation for tax purposes. Most other clubs our size have already taken this step. Click
here for a copy of the amended bylaws, including a summary of the changes, for your review before the meeting.

2. The Nominating Committee has developed a slate of officers and trustees for the coming year (2020-21) which can be viewed by clicking here.  Members can, if they wish, submit additional nominations by sending an email to no later than October 23.

Last year's meeting minutes can be viewed here.  The annual financial report can be viewed here.

If you are unable to attend the meeting this year, we will provide you with the opportunity to cast your vote by virtual ballot. To do so, you will need to request a ballot by sending an email to no later than October 23.  You will then receive an online ballot through Google Forms, which you will be able to easily complete and submit.

This meeting is an opportunity to hear from HBC management about what is going on at the club. You will also be invited to make comments or ask questions. We look forward to seeing you there!

Post-Meeting Online Game

All annual meeting attendees are invited to play in an online game on BBO after the meeting, at 2:30 p.m. There will be both an open and a limited-point game, with opportunities to win extra masterpoints. The club is subsidizing the game, so the cost to you will be just $3/player.  No special registration is required for the game - just the usual way to sign on to HBC Games on BBO. If you're unfamiliar with playing with HBC on BBO see How to Play with HBC on BBO.
