How To Attend

As previously announced, this year's annual meeting will be held virtually on Zoom. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, and will last about 45 minutes.

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will once again be held online using Zoom technology.  Any member with a laptop, an iPad or a smart phone will be able to attend.

You will need to preregister for the meeting. To do so, click the link below.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the meeting.

We ask that you preregister no later than Friday, October 22.

Agenda

The agenda for the meeting will be similar to past years and during the meeting, you will be asked to vote for officers and trustees.
 

The Nominating Committee has developed a slate of officers and trustees for the coming year (2021-22) which can be viewed by clicking slate.  Members can, if they wish, submit additional nominations by sending an email to hartfordbridgenews@gmail.com no later than October 21.

 

If you are unable to attend the meeting this year, we will provide you with the opportunity to cast your vote by virtual ballot. To do so, you will need to request a ballot by sending an email to hartfordbridgenews@gmail.com no later than October 22. Please include in your request the email address you would like the ballot sent to. You will then receive a ballot through Google Forms, which you will be able to easily complete and submit.

This meeting is an opportunity to hear from HBC leadership about what is going on at the club. You will also be invited to make comments or ask questions. We look forward to seeing you there!

Post-Meeting Online Game

All annual meeting attendees are invited to play in an online game on BBO after the meeting. There will be both an open and a limited-point game, with opportunities to win extra masterpoints.
