Back to the Future - 2022 Annual Meeting

This year’s annual meeting will take place at our facilities at 19A Andover Drive.

COVID has caused us to revise our plans several times but we are planning a festive event celebrating our resilience and shared love of bridge with our ever loyal and supportive Hartford Bridge Club community.

The annual meeting will start at noon. We expect it to be efficient and completed by 12:45. At 12:45 we will be serving pizza, salad and soft drinks.

The bridge games are scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. We will be running two pairs games—an open game and a 0-500 game simultaneously as club championships to ensure maximum masterpoint awards.  We intend to limit the event to 30 tables. The cost will be $10, only $2 above normal table fees.  There will be a sign-up sheet at the club and you can call in to sign up. Don’t delay—we expect this to be a hot ticket.

For those who cannot come to the club to play on October 23, we expect to provide a zoom feed to allow you to view the annual meeting. For those unable to attend the meeting, you will have an opportunity to vote electronically before the meeting. Further details will be provided.
